Our network of secondary schools across Liverpool and Sefton are growing rapidly and as such, so too our need to recruit more school Cover Supervisors. We support schools across Liverpool and Sefton, in areas including (but not limited to) West Derby, Walton, Toxteth, Childwall, Aigbuth, Wavertree, Litherland, Bootle, Crosby and Formby.

To be a cover supervisor you do not need previous experience or have a teaching qualification. What you ideally do need is to be educated to degree level, have an appetite to work in education, have drive and enthusiasm about the difference you can make in the role, be adaptable and resilient and a willingness to learn and develop. Don’t worry though if you don’t satisfy all these requirements, just give us a call and we would be happy to discuss and guide.

The role of school Cover Supervisor typically suits graduates who are considering a role in education however, we work with staff from a range of backgrounds and experiences and with our guidance and support have developed into outstanding members of staff.
