We are working with a primary school located in Bootle who require a teaching assistant to start with them on Monday, 31st October 2022.

There are two roles available:
Reception Teaching Assistant (Full Time)
Reception Teaching Assistant (Part Time - Mornings only)

The role is to provide 1-1 support for pupils in reception. Both pupils are on the autistic spectrum so have personal challenges and obstacles to overcome on a daily basis. They each thoroughly enjoy being in school and the classroom activities but just require a little support to help them fully engage.

The successful candidate will have experience of working in a similar role and will have an understanding of the autism spectrum. We can provide training and support for the role.

Whilst the roles are funding dependant, the expectation of the school is that the roles with be long term and possibly to the end of the summer term 2023

You must have an update to date (on the Update Service) and clear DBS. If you do not have a DBS, we can assist you with securing one.
