We are the ONLY Agency in the UK run by a former Headteacher and Deputy Headteacher and with a combined experience of over 30 years working in a school environment; we know that we are the best choice for you!

We are Education Specialists and we predominantly offer 4 core services:

• Training
• Tuition

We also provide bespoke services ranging from School Improvement Planning and Financial Planning to the project management of building works and grounds maintenance.

Our schools were judged Outstanding (Ofsted) so we understand the rigour and challenge schools face to reach this achievement. We also fully understand and appreciate the challenges for staff and pride ourselves on the quality and support we provide.

With a strong team of Associate Consultants we have expertise in all areas of education, from Nurseries to Further Education. We passionately support those schools that we work with and those staff that we have registered with us and we pride ourselves on paying our staff more and charging our schools less; a commitment we have yet to be beaten on!

We DO NOT charge an introduction/finder’s fee, which again makes us totally unique.
